Jesse and his team are quite simply amazing. Andrew, Lee and the whole team are just amazing. I have not experienced such high-quality service in many years. They genuinely care and go above and beyond to help with a smile. I recently had a mechanical issue with two snakes in my engine which caused a whole lot of trouble and I broke down in Pomona on the way back to Brisbane. After a quick call to Andrew and a fully booked workshop, they still went out of their way to go to where my car was, try to get it going, discover there was a second snake in the engine, organize a snake catcher to remove it, then get the car going, get it back to the workshop, work on it until well after the shop closed into the evening and get me back on the road all in a day - THAT IS SERVICE!!They could have easily said no we are too busy (which was true), but they didn't as it is clear that is not in their DNA, they truly care, they love what they do and couldn't leave someone in trouble that was asking for help.These guys are the real deal and I will be forever grateful that I broke down in Pomona where they could help me and nowhere else.In scrolling through these reviews, if you EVER see one that is not 5 Stars - you can be 100% sure that the problem lies with the person leaving the review - NOT Andrew and his team.

Nothing but great things to say about Ed.Called up at the beginning of December with a blown head gasket on my fg g6e turbo, thinking the worst of not being able to get it in due to being around the corner from Christmas, but Ed managed to squeeze me in and do the work as well as replace other components all for a great price.Couldn't be happier to have my baby back on the road stronger than before. Have and will recommend Ed to friends and family.Great customer service, fast, neat, happy to answer any and all stupid questions and all for a competitive price.

Best service I have ever received from any tyre place! While sorting out a payment issue with my bank they offered to waive my puncture repair fee. I still paid for their service but its people like these guys that deserve repeat customers! They'll certainly be getting my business again as I have pretty bad luck with tyres in general!Thanks guys!
